Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. No refund is applicable or entertained. However, incase of candidate unable to attend the classes and/or attended less than 5 classes, he/she may join any upcoming batches with this payment subtracted from the fee of upcoming batch fee with the balance paid in advance to new batch start.
2. Fee Transfer is applicable only for new joinee referred by the dropping out candidate uniquely without any other mode of contact from the new joinee exhibiting interest towards our services, restricted to cases where the drop-out has valid reason with proof and has not attended more than 5 classes.
3. The responsibilities of OrangeQuest is limited and not more than that decided on time to time by the management.
4. Any grievances pertaining to financial clarifications are to be addressed in written to accounts@orangequest.in which shall be address within a minimum of 7 working days.
5.Changes to Policy
OrangeQuest IT Training and Placement Institute reserves the right to modify or replace these Cancellation and refund policy at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
